2017 UKULELE LENDING PILOT - UKE 'N PLAY at FVRL
Studio work piece, I synthesized the 16 page project management report into an easily digestible graphic. Overall the evaluation data indicated Uke 'n Play contributed to increased familial social connection, expanding access to musical literacy tools for growth and learning for all types of customers, and increasing enjoyment and awareness of FVRL's collection and services. The ukuleles are well-used and in high demand and Uke 'n Play also appeared to be contributing to the economic prosperity of our local musical instrument retail industry. Uke ‘n Play has a very high promoter value, helping to raise FVRL's profile in the community. Further, FVRL developed a strong and successful partnership with the CUTIE Circle and four music stores. Through the pilot FVRL greatly increased knowledge about the lending of ‘things’ and collected a database of ukulele customer stories and media.
