Visual Strategic Plan
Norco Bicycles | Live to Play Sports
I created a large format chart of Norco Bicycles/Live to Play Sports 5-year strategic plan. The end result was to have an easy-to-visualize format of Norco’s and Live to Play Sport's audacious goals and capabilities and be shared within the company.
Visual Process
I synthesized content from a multipage PowerPoint presentation and branding book to create an illustrated design that would complement Norco and Live to Play Sports’ mission and vision.
“We had our long-term strategic plan but needed a way to communicate across the company in a way that was visual and provoked conversation. Thankfully Jordan came to the rescue. He gathered information about the plan, met with us to walk through his ideas and inspirations, listened to our thoughts, and then magically came back to us with a large format illustration.
We were beyond impressed with the results. Jordan also helped to have it professionally scanned, which allows sharing in presentations and emails. Now, we have the large-format illustration hung with pride in our head office, and we include the scanned version in our quarterly meetings. The team's response has been great.
