The Mission Rural Take Home Naloxone Project ended at the end of September 2019 and was a huge success.
Increased access to Free THN kits through local businesses.
Raised awareness in the community around harm reduction and safe pracitices.
Helped the community understand that THN kits are First Aid and save lives.
Reduced stigma by facilitating conversation around substance use.
I feel grateful to have been a part of this project with Fraser Health, Mission Community Services, and Fraser House and help my local community.
The poster design was used in local media advertisements during the summer months.
