The Mission Rural Take Home Naloxone Project ended at the end of September 2019 and was a huge success.

• Increased access to Free THN kits through local businesses.

• Raised awareness in the community around harm reduction and safe pracitices.

• Helped the community understand that THN kits are First Aid and save lives.

• Reduced stigma by facilitating conversation around substance use.

I feel grateful to have been a part of this project with Fraser Health, Mission Community Services, and Fraser House and help my local community.
